摘要
针对国内外服役的大型高速精密铝箔及板带轧机 ,工作时辊系发生振动而被迫降速运行的问题 ,采用有限元分析方法 ,对其工作辊轴承座振动特性进行研究 ,并对轴承座轴向振动特性进行在线测试 。
In view of low running sp eed caused by vibration of roll sy stem of heavy high-speed precisio n aluminum mill and strip mill,the dynamic characteristics of chock o n work roll of cold mill was resea rched by finite element method. Mea n while,the axial vibration charac teristics of chock was measured whe n mill works.The research and expe riment results show that open-clos ed compound restrict can obviously improve dynamic characteristics of chock.
