摘要
目的 制备对pH敏感的羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)衍生物,并研究其相关特性。方法 对制剂常用辅料HPMC进行化学修饰,制备成羟丙基甲基纤维素偏苯三酸酯(HPMCT)。并用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱进行结构表征,对HPMCT的性能如成膜性、溶解性、酸值、pH敏感值、膜的透湿性、抗拉强度和玻璃化转变温度进行初步探讨。结果 HPMCT的成膜性良好,并具备药剂学薄膜衣材料的有关性质。结论 HPMCT可用于小肠上段十二指肠部位的药物定位释放辅料。
OBJECTIVE To synthesize and characterize pH - sensitive HPMC ( Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) derivatives. METHODS HPMC widely used as a pharmaceutical coating polymer, was chemically modified with trimelltic anhydride to obtain pH - sensitive HPMCT ( Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose trimellitate) polymer. The structure of this polymer was characterized by FT - IR and NMR .It's pharmaceutical properties such as film forming, dissolution behavior, acidity, pH - sensitive values, water vapor permeability of the free film, tensile strength, and glass transition temperature(Tg) were investigated. RESULTS The material showed a good ability to form film and could be used as an ideal pharmaceutical coating material. CONCLUSION HPMCT may be a useful material for duodenum - specific controlled drug delivery system.
