摘要 目的 探讨3,4-亚甲二氧基苯丙胺(MDMA)对大鼠空间学习记忆功能的急性影响。方法 对照组(A)腹腔注射等体积生理盐水,实验组(B、C、D、E)分别腹腔注射MDMA 3、5、10、20 mg·kg-1;两组分别于用药后第7天行Morris水迷宫实验。结果 无论是定向航行实验、还是空间探索实验,对照组与实验组(MDMA 3、50、10、20 mg·kg-1)大鼠在逃避潜伏期和穿原平台所在位置的次数上均无统计学差异。结论 MDMA对成年大鼠的学习记忆功能无明显影响。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the acute effects of 3,4- methylencdioxymethamphet aminc(MDMA) on spatial learning and memory function.METHODS Thirty rats were divided into studied groups(B, C, D, E) , in which each rat was intraperitoneal injected MDMA 3,5, 10,20 mg·kg-1 respectively, and control groop (A),in which each rat was intraperitoneal injected equal dose of normal saline. After 7 days, morris water - maze test was operated. RESULTS There was no significant statistical differences in escape latencies and the times of crossing the exact position of the former platform between the study groups and the control group. CONCLUSION MDMA is not affect on spatial lear-ing and memory function of adult rats.
