RP-HPLC测定骨刺宁胶囊中丹皮酚的含量

Determination of paeonol in Gucining capsule by RP - HPLC

目的 建立骨刺宁胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法 用RP-HPLC法测定,选用Tianhe chromatography C18柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),甲醇-水(58∶42)为流动相,检测波长274 nm,流速1 ml·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果 线性范围0.403～1.210μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.06％,RSD=2.27％(n=9)。结论 该方法准确、灵敏、可靠,分离效果好,可适用于该产品的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an RF - HPLC method to determine the contents of paeonol in Gucining capsule. METHODS The samples were extracted and analytical column was Tianhe chromatography C18(200 mm×4.6 mm) .The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH -H2O(58:42) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 .Paeonol was detected at UV 274 nm.RESULTS The linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.403- 1 .210 μg( r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 97.067, and the RSD was 2.27% ( n = 9). CONCLUSION This method is simple.sensitive and reliable. It can be used for the determination of paeonol in the Gucining capsule.
