摘要
污水总量的空间分配是影响污水系统布局规划合理性的重要因素。以北京规划市区为例,提出了基于街坊单元的污水量空间分配方法。以北京规划市区1040km^2内的506个街坊单元为基础,提取各街坊内的土地利用规划信息并据此估算各街坊的污水量,最后按街坊与各污水系统的空间拓扑对应关系进行污水总量到各子系统的分配。利用基于第三代空间数据模型Geodatabase的规划辅助地理信息系统,实现了该空间分配方法,并将污水量空间分配最终方案和实际监测数据进行了对比分析。
The spatial distribution of wastewater flow is a key factor that influences the rationality of wastewater system planning. In a case study of urban Beijing, the analysis area of 1040km2 was divided into 506 secondary blocks. The attributes of these blocks that included various kinds of land use information were used to develop a wastewater spatial distribution method which was implemented using Geodatabase, a third generation spatial data model. Comparison of the model results and survey data for urban Beijing shows that the block unit methodology is effective and that the GIS (geographic information system) is a powerful tool for urban wastewater system planning.
