摘要
本文从结缕草种子休眠机制研究入手,探讨了该种子发芽率低及造成休眠的原因。实验结果表明:引起结缕草种子休眠的原因是由于种子中含有某些抑制萌发的物质,这些物质不但在种皮中存在,在种子内部也有分布,并且其含量高于种皮。种子发芽率低,除由于抑制物质造成的休眠现象这一主要原因外,还有质量差等因素的影响。
The dormant reasons of Japanese lawngrass (Zoysia Japonica Steud) were studied in a series of experiment. The results indicate that the poor seed vigour (mainly due to low seed quality) and some inhibitory chemical substanecs existing both in naked seed and the seed coat are mostly impact the low germination of the seed. The reults also shows that the concentration of this substance in naked seed is higher than that in the seed coat.
