摘要
本文研究了温度、水分、光照、贮存年限和土壤盐分对种子萌发的影响。确定了该草的最佳播种条件和播种方法。结果表明,在温度为2℃、土壤含水量为10%、Na_2SO_4含量的2%、NaCl和混合盐含量为1.5%的不良条件下也可以发芽,但发芽率很低,最适发芽条件是:温度为12~20℃,土下播种含水量为18%,地表播种含水量为28%,Na_2SO_4含量为0.5%~1%,NaCl和混合盐含量为0.2%。该草种子没有休眠期,种子寿命为三年,最适贮存年限为一年。
The gobi —type sagebrush Artemisia transiliensis poljak is a high — yield and fine quality forage in genus Artemisia. This paper relates the influence of temperature, moisture, light, years of seed storage and the salt comtent of the soil on the seed germination. The objectives of this paper are to get a clear understanding of the influence of environmental factors on seed germination and to determine the optimum sowing conditions and sowing method for this forage. The results shows that seed germination needs light and demands surface sowing. Under conditions of 2℃, soil moisture content 10%, Na_2SO_4 content 2%,NaCl and mixed salts content 1. 5%, seeds of artemisia gobi—type can germinate,too, but the germination rate is very low. The optimum germination condition of the seeds are those: soil moisture 18%~28%,Na_2SO_4 content 0. 5%~ 1% ,NaCl and mixed salts content 0. 2%, The seeds do not have a dormant period, and can live for 3 years. The optimum storage period for the seed is one year.
