客观检验在国产细羊毛纺纱加工中的应用

Application of objective measurement of domestic wool top in yarn processing

通过对国产细羊毛毛条的客观测试和基本性能特征的分析 ,同时与澳毛毛条进行对比 ,探讨了国产细羊毛的纺纱性能 ,并在多年加工数据统计结果的基础上 ,建立了国毛纺纱性能和质量预测模型。实践和研究表明 ,国产纤维的纺纱性能总体上不如澳毛 ,毛条纤维特性与纺纱性能的关系与澳毛近似 ,对国毛纺纱性能的预测是可行的 。

Based on objective measurement and characteristics analysis of domestic wool top this paper discussed the yarn processing performance in comparison with those of Australian wool top.In addition a yarn processing and quality control prediction model has been established for domestic wool based on research and processing results.It is shown that the yarn spinning performance of domestic wool is not as good as Australian wool,but the relationships between characteristics of top and spinning performance are similar.Research and practices demonstrated that it is reliable for the model to predict yarn quality and processing performance with relative precision.
