上浆上蜡对毛纱可织造性能的影响

分析了毛纱上浆上蜡存在的问题 ,分别探讨了毛纱上浆上蜡机理 ,测试了上浆上蜡前后毛纱有关性能指标。结果表明 ,毛纱通过上浆上蜡在不同程度上改善了原纱的可织性。但上浆是一种有效的途径 。

The problem during sizing and waxing of the wool yarn was analyzed in this paper and the mechanism of the sizing and the waxing was also discussed separately. Through a serious of tests about the performance of the wool yarn before and after the sizing and the waxing, we obtained that the various degrees of the sizing and the waxing of the wool yarn have a various influence on the weavability of the greige-yarn. And we also obtained that the sizing is an effective method while the waxing is only an accessorial method to improve the performance of the wool yarn.
