摘要
采用平面霍尔效应测量方法 ,对NiFe FeMn双层膜的交换耦合进行了研究 .结果表明 ,在NiFe FeMn体系中不存在spin_flop模型给出的单轴各向异性场 .
Planar Hall effects in exchange biased FeMn/NiFe bilayers were measured under ma gnetic fields rotated in the film plane. Detailed magnetic aniso tropy analysis shows that there is no additional uniaxial anisotropy induced by the interfacial coupling in this system, while the instability of anti_ferro magn etic grains or the formation of many domains in ferromagnetic layer may play a n important role responsible for the difference between exchange biasing field s ob tained by reversible and irreversible measurements.
