摘要
本文主要对浸渍钡钨阴极用 6 12 (6BaO∶CaO∶2Al2 O3 )铝酸盐的烧结合成工艺、结构分析及性能测量进行了研究。结构分析结果发现 :相同的 6BaO∶CaO∶2Al2 O3 ,在不同的烧结温度、不同的烧结环境气氛中合成的铝酸盐有多相结构和主要单相结构两种形式 ;性能测试结果表明 :在特殊环境中合成的主要相为Ba5CaAl4O12 结构的铝酸盐 ,除了烧结合成温度比传统低15 0℃~ 2 0 0℃外 ,还具有在空气中的稳定性好 ,用这种盐制备阴极 ,浸渍温度比传统低 5 0℃~ 10 0℃ ,阴极发射性能好、蒸发小等优点。
Aluminate (6BaO∶CaO∶2Al 2O 3),used to impregnate Ba W cathode,was synthesized and characterized with X ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that formation of either a single phased or multi phased 612 aluminate depends strongly on sintering temperature and environment.The aluminate we synthesized under special conditions has quite a few advantages,including high stability in air and lowering the conventional sintering temperature by (150~200) ℃.Besides,the impregnation temperature drops by (50~100) ℃,but the Ba W cathodes impregnated with the aluminate show better emission performance and much smaller thermal evaporation.
