摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了Zn0 .5Ni0 .5Fe2 O4 纳米粉体 ,经XRD和TEM检测 ,粒径约 5 0nm ,粒度均匀。研究表明 ,Zn0 .5Ni0 .5Fe2 O4纳米粉体是制作丙酮和乙醇气敏元件的良好材料。
The nanocrystalline Zn_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_2O_4 powder is prepared by co-sedimentation and its microstructure is determined by XRD and TEM analysis.The results show that the diameter of the nano-particles is even about 50 nm.The investigation shows that the nanocrystalline Zn_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)Fe_2O_4 powder is the good sensitive material for alcohol and acetone.
