介绍了一种用于铸造车间的型砂水分自动控制系统。该系统采用旧砂控水和混砂机控水两级控制装置 ,并用单片机进行系统控制 ,实现了高精度、高稳定性的型砂水分自动控制。
A sand moisture automatic control system for foundry is introduced. This system consists of two processes of controlling moisture of sand, a moisture control device of reclaimed sand and a moisture control device of sand mixer.This system is controlled by microcontroller.It is a sand moisture automatic control system with high precision and high stability.
