摘要
本文以乐陵无核金丝小枣为试材,对其茎段组培快繁过程中的有关技术进行了研究。试验结果表明,外植体以室内水培芽较好,继代快繁过程中,以改良MS培养基中附加BA2.0mg·L-1、NAA0.1mg·L-1,温度为28℃,光照时间为16h·d-1,光照强度3000LX,PH值6.2,蔗糖30g·L-1,琼脂7g·L-1(单位下同),有利于小植株的生长。
we used the leling no-kernel golden silk jujube to be the material, we had studied the techniques in the process of the pieces of stalk’s tissue culture speed propagation. The result show that the water cultural buds was the proper explant. In the process of continual generation speed propagation, It’s beneficial to the young plants in the following conditions: add BA 2.0 mg·L-1、NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 to the culturemedium; temperature 28℃、shine time 16h·d-1、shine intensity 2500LX、PH6.2、cane sugar 30 mg·L-1、agar 7 mg·L-1.
