结合器材保障供应链中存在的牛鞭效应,就实施供应链管理的一个重要方面———库存控制问题进行探讨,提出了实行供应商管理库存的库存控制策略,并就其实施作了初步研究。

Combined with the Bull-Whip effect in the material support supply chain, this paper approaches subject of inventory control, which is an important aspect of SCM,puts forward a tactics of VMI in the material support supply chain, and makes a pilot study of the implement of it.
