论学校素质教育的根本使命

ON ESSENTIAL MISSION OF SCHOOL QUALITY EDUCATION

文章从历史和哲学的角度阐述了教育和素质教育的关系。素质教育是教育的一种信仰和理念 ,素质教育的提出是历史发展的必然 ,它的内涵在于如何使人的潜能最大限度地发挥出来 ,促成学生的自我教育。因此 ,应增强教师综合素质与教书育人的使命感 ,优化育人环境。

This paper illustrated the relations between education and quality education from the perspective of history and philosophy.Quality education is a kind of belief and ideal.It is historical tendency to propose quality education, its connotation is how to develop student's potential in utmost limit and help to educate them by themselves.so it is supposed to enhance teacher's synthetical performance and the feeling of mission to educate people and realize optimization of educational surroundings.
