套袋对梨果皮性状及品质影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对香梨及新梨7号果实套袋后果皮特性及品质进行研究,结果表明:香梨果皮比新梨7号厚。香梨果树套袋后,果实角质层变薄,套纸袋最薄;表皮细胞直径变小,以对照表皮细胞直径最大;亚表皮细胞变大,以纸袋最大。香梨生长期角质层厚度低于贮藏期,表皮细胞和亚表皮细胞高于贮藏期。套袋后,果实成熟时新梨7号角质层变薄,以膜袋最薄;表皮细胞变大,以膜袋最大;亚表皮细胞变小,膜袋最小;但贮藏后新梨7号角质层厚度上升,表皮细胞和亚表皮细胞大小下降。套袋使香梨可溶性固形物含量降低,硬度增加;使新梨7号果实硬度下降,可溶性固形物含量升高。 This experiment mainly studys on peel character and fruit quality of Xiangli and Xinli No.7 after being bagged .The result shows peel of Xiangli is thicker than that of Xinli No.7 .Fruit cuticle become thin after being bagged and is most thin after being bagged with paper ;The diameter of epidermis cell diminish ,and that of control is biggest; The second epidermis cell become big ,and that of bagging of paper is biggest .The thickness of cuticle during growth is lower than that of during storage of Xinli, the thickness of epidermis cell and second epidermis cell during growth is higher than that of during storage .After being bagged ,the cuticle of Xinli No.7 become thin ,and is most thin with bagging of membrane ,the epidermis cell become big ,is biggest with bagging of membrane ;the second epidermis cell diminish ,is minimum with bagging of membrane when fruit is mature .But the cuticle thickness of Xinli No7 is rising .The size of epidermis cell and second epidermis cell is descene after storaged .After being bagged ,the soluble solider content of Xiangli is desent and the firmness of Xiangli is in creased and the firmness of Xinli No.7 is descent and the soluble solider content of Xinli No.7 is increased.
