摘要
随着我国经济社会的迅速发展,对现代领导者的素质提出了更高的要求。尤其是对现代领导者的基本素质即德才兼备的素质结构提出了进一步具体化的标准,即革命化、知识化、专业化、年轻化。根据这一标准以及领导职能和领导岗位的要求,跨世纪的领导干部应当在不断创新中求得发展。
The rapid development of Chinese economical society put forward higher requests to diathesis of modern leaders,esp.the concrete standard with both ability and integrity:revolution,knowledge,specialization and younger.According to this standard and the requests of leading positions and functions,leaders crossing centuries should develop in the continuous innovation.
