摘要 基因治疗学是目前最重要的研究领域之一 ,如何将目的基因安全、有效、靶向性地导入体内特定器官、组织并使其在靶细胞内表达是研究的重点。超声微泡造影剂作为一种新型的体内基因转染载体 ,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文对近年来有关超声微泡造影剂作为基因转染载体的作用机制、影响因素、转染实验和应用等方面的研究作了总结。 Now gene therapeutics is one of the most important research field. The main research is how to safely, high efficiently, targetedly deliver aim gene into specific organ or tissue and make it express in the targeted cell. Many researchers pay more attention to ultrasound microbubble contrast agent which can be a novel gene vector. This context concludes many researches about ultrasound microbubble: a novel gene vector in recent years. These researches include functional mechanism, influence factor, transfection experiment and applyment.
