摘要
目的 用1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (1 8F FDG)PET显像和SPM软件研究分析肿瘤患者脑局部葡萄糖代谢的变化。方法 研究对象为 2 0例确诊为无脑疾患的恶性肿瘤患者和 2 0例健康志愿者。1 8F FDG PET显像后 ,用统计参数显像 (SPM)法比较分析肿瘤患者和健康志愿者脑葡萄糖代谢的差别。结果 SPM分析显示肿瘤患者的的脑岛、松果体、顶叶皮质、小脑蚓部、颞叶和前额叶都表现为不同程度的葡萄糖代谢低下。结论 肿瘤病人的抑郁表现与脑葡萄糖代谢降低相关 ,SPM方法是一种客观和直观的分析脑功能性变化的工具。
Objective To investigate the change of regional brain glucose metabolism in cancer patients by 18F-FDG PET imaging.Methods 18F-FDG-PET was performed on 20 patients with various types of cancer and 20 cases of age and gender matched normal volunteers for comparison by using Shimadzu SET 2400 PET scanner. All the patients and control cases were absence of clear focal brain lesions, moderate to severe pain and neurological symptoms. The brain 18F-FDG-PET images were analyzed and compared by statistical parametric mapping (SPM). Results Significant glucose metabolic reduction was detected in the area of prefrontal cortex, allosal gyrus cortex, parietal lobe cortex, temporal lobe cortex, insula, limbic system, cerebellum and corpus striatum. These findings were accordance with the known lesions of major depression and similar to the reported literature. Conclusion It could be concluded that the psychological deficits in cancer patients were associated with decreased regional cerebral glucose metabolism. Functional imaging method, FDG-PET, and SPM technique could be used as a useful supplementary method for evaluating psychological status of cancer patients.
