卵泡刺激素受体的生化特性及其在卵巢中的表达与调控

摘要
卵泡刺激素的主要作用是促进和维持正常的性腺发育和生殖功能。其生理功能的发挥通过分布于性腺的特异性卵泡刺激素受体介导。近年 ,卵泡刺激素受体在卵巢中的表达倍受关注 ,并开始探讨卵巢癌细胞有无卵泡刺激素受体蛋白过度表达 ,从而为卵巢癌的基因治疗提供新的思路。现将卵泡刺激素受体的定位。
