降钙素进展 被引量：22

摘要 降钙素(calcitonin,CT)是一种遗迹性激素(vesti-gial hormone),经过几百万年的历程,随着动物进化程度的不断提高,它以一种退化性的形式存在.降钙素自1961年由加拿大生理学家Coop等人发现以来,人们对其结构、生理、药理等进行了广泛研究,并不断得到新突破.随着对降钙素的深入研究,它在临床的应用范围也不断扩大,并越来越被重视.笔者将通过回顾降钙素的研究进程,简述其临床应用价值.
