细胞因子、激素调节骨保护素和骨保护素配体基因表达及破骨细胞功能的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 破骨细胞(Osteoclast OC)是骨吸收细胞,已知其功能与分化的调节是由成骨细胞(Osteoblast OB)完成的.发现了其调节的新的分子学机理.破骨细胞的分化依赖于成骨/基质细胞,在研究破骨细胞的过程中发现了一种由成骨/基质细胞产生的因子-骨保护素(Osteoporotegerin OPG)及骨保护素配体(Re-ceptor activator of nuclear facor-κB ligand,RANKL),OPG属于肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF)受体超家族成员,RANKL是OPG的配体.在过去发现的调节成骨细胞、破骨细胞的众多因子被认为都是通过直接作用于成骨细胞而调节OPG和RANKL这两个因子之间的浓度的增加与减少进而完成调节功能的.
