凝汽器管板与隔板定位工艺的改进

Improvement of Positioning Procedure for Tube Sheets and Support Plates of Condensers

通过研究凝汽器的结构特点 ,特别是大型凝汽器的隔板数量多、筒体长的特点 ,分析了凝汽器管板和隔板装配过程中存在的主要问题 ,从而提出了两种改进的管板和隔板定位工艺。

Main existing problems of tube sheets and support plates of condensers during assembling have bee analysed based on the analysed structural features of condenser, especinally the features of numerous support plates and long shell of large condenser. Two kinds of improved positioning procedures for tube sheets and support plates have been presented in this paper.
