摘要
本文报告了含苏糖醇的病区粮醋酸铅、硫酸铊和硫脲对实验大白鼠尿液游离氨基酸谱的影响。结果表明:不同毒物喂养的实验动物尿游离氨基酸谱有其各自的特点,少量毒物,在没有引起可见的病理改变之前即可引起尿游离氨基酸发生改变。作者认为,大骨节病儿童尿液游离氨基酸谱有一定的毒理学意义上的特异性,其改变似乎和中毒有关,可能是含苏糖醇的病区粮所致。
The paper report the influence of the grain contained threitol, lead acetate,thallium sufate and sufourea on amino acid profile of rat's urine. The results show that the amino acid profiles of rat fed by different poisons had different characters and a few poisons,whieh did not cause the pathological change, might give rise to the change of amino acid profile of urine. It is considered that the amino acid profile of urine in KaschinBeck disease children has some specific characters in toxicological sense. The change may be associated with toxicosis and caused by the grain of endemic area contained threitol.
