摘要
采用差热分析 (DTA)法分析 1种普通地膜和 3种可降解地膜的组成 ,并对地膜的热解过程进行热动力学研究 .结果表明 ,4种地膜的差热曲线有许多相似 ,但也略有差异 ,说明降解膜与普通膜的基本组分相同 ,而添加组分不同 .各地膜热解的反应级数约为 0 93.各地膜热解活化能和指前因子的大小顺序均为 :普通膜 >光降解膜 >光钙型降解膜 >生物降解膜 .
The components of one ordinary film and three types of degradable films were analysized by differential thermal analysis (DTA) technique, and the processes thermal kinetics of the films were studied. The results showed that the DTA curves of different films had much similarity, which meant that degradable films had similar components as ordinary film, but their added components were different. Pyrolysis reaction orders for each film were about 0.93.The order of pyrolysis activation energies and anaphoric factors of each film was as follows: ordinary film>photodegradable film>photo-calciumdegradable film> biodegradable film.
