摘要 对平鲷精子的超显微结构进行了研究,结果表明:平鲷精子由头部、中段和尾部(鞭毛)三部分组成。头部的细胞核呈近圆形,染色质致密,内有核空泡,有的核空泡内部有电子致密物质存在。中段紧连于核的后端,由中心粒复合体和袖套组成,中心粒复合体结构独特,由近端中心粒、中心粒间体和基体组成,中心粒间体位于近端中心粒和基体之间,部分精子近端中心粒中央腔中尚有一个粗大的颗粒状结构;袖套接于核的后端,其中有线粒体和囊泡。尾部由袖套腔中伸出,其中心结构是轴丝,外方有侧鳍。 The spermatozoon of teleost Rhabdosargus sarda (Forskai) consists of three parts: head, mid-piece and flagellum (tail). The nucleus around which there are some vesicles of the head is approximately circular. Within condensed chromatin there are some less dense areas called nuclear vacuoles. The vacuoles have two types: one contains election-dense materials, the other is electron transparent. The mid-piece is made of centriolar complex and sleeve. The structure of the centriolar complex which consists of proximal centriole, intercentriolar body and basal body are peculiar. The proximal centriole and the basal body are arranged in a line. Occasionally, there may be one big electron-dense particle in the central space of the proximal centriole. The intercentriolar body is located between the proximal centriole and the basal body. It only bas been reported that there are intercentriolar body in the mature spermatozoon of teleost Pseudobangrus Fulvidraco .The sleeve of the mid-piece is connected to the posterior of the nucleus. There are some mitochondria and vesicles in the sleeve. The flagellum of the spermatozoon is connected with basal body and stretches out of the sleeve. The part out of the sleeve is just a little longer than the one stepping into the sleeve. The main structure of the flagellum is axoneme, around which there are lateral fins.
