甲状腺功能低下大鼠生长激素细胞的超微结构

Ultrastructure of grouth hormone cells of rat with hypothyroidism

本文对甲低大鼠腺垂体生长激素细胞的超微结构进行了观察,并对其分泌颗粒进行了立体计量分(?)。结果表明,甲低大鼠生长激素细胞内质网扩张,线粒体肿大,分泌颗粒减少等改变。甲低大鼠分泌颗粒的 V_v、N_A、N_v 均明显低于对照组。

In present study the ultrastructure of growth hormone cells of rat withhypothyroidism was observed by electron microscopy and morphometric methods.The results revealed that the cells were significantly decreased in number andmost of cells had ultrastructural changes,including enlarged RER and Golgiapparatus,in rats with hypothyroidism and,in addition,there were a decreasedgranules of secretion in Vv,Na,and Nv from morphometric analysis.Itwas suggested that the growth retardation during hypothyroidism period mightbe due to the obstruction of granular secretion of growth hormone induced byhypothyroidism and the degeneration of growth hormone cells.
