摘要
本实验研究了严重碘缺乏对第一代仔鼠发育期大脑游离氨基酸的影响。实验结果表明:与对照组相比,低碘组大鼠大脑谷氨酸,天门冬氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)明显减少,而牛磺酸显著增加,苏、丝、甘、丙氨酸无改变。这些结果提示缺碘可导致发育期大鼠大脑氨基酸代谢紊乱,影响大脑蛋白质合成及突触间的神经信息的传递。
The influence of severe iodine deficiency on free amino acids in the cerebrumof the first generation of rat has been studied.In the experimental group,glutamic acid,aspartic acid and GABA of the cerebrum reduced significantlyin comparison with the control group,taurine of the cerebrum increasedsignificantly,but threonine,serine,glycine and alanine were not significantlyaffected by iodine deficiency.These findings indicate that iodine deficiency results in disorder of metabolismof amino acids in the developing rat cerebrum,mainly affects metabolism ofcerebral protein and transmission of information between synapses.
