锌硒对胚鸡骨~3H—TdR 摄取及骨生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了查明锌、硒对骨生长、发育的影响,进行了本实验。注锌组和注硒组的~3H-TdR 摄入量均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。从骨长、骨重二项指标也可以看出三组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。这些结果表明锌、硒对骨生长、发育有促进作用。锌与硒比较,锌对骨生长、发育的促进作用有强于硒的趋势,但无显著差异。 This study was designed to observe the effects of Zinc and Selenium on^3H-TdR uptake,growth and development of chick embryol bone.Incubatedfor 7 days,the fertilized eggs werc divided into three groups and treatedwith injection of 0.85% NaC1(as control),Zinc and Selenium in yalk sacs,respectively,and to all the groups ~3H-TdR was given.Then the incubationwas continued up to day 11,13,15,17,when the limb bone was preparedand length,weight and uptake of ~3H-TdR was determined,our findingssuggested that Zinc and selenium could promote the growth aud developmentof bone.
