Latent Keshan disease and sudden death

本文报告了作者在1972～1991年间所观察到的113例潜在型克山病发生猝死11例。结果表明:不稳定的较稳定的潜在型患者易发生猝死;心电图有多项异常改变者似有发生猝死的高危性。

The paper reports 11 cases of sudden death in 113 patients with latentKeshan disease observed from 1972 to 1991.The results show that the suddendeath of unstable latent type patients is easier than that of stable ones.Thepatients with various abnormal changes in ECG seem to have higher dangerof sudden death.
