Political civilization is an important part of human civilization .The report of the 16th National Congress of CPC points out 'The building of socialist political civilization is an important objective to crest a fairly well-off society. 'The basic ways of building socialist political civilization consist of making great efforts to advance and deepen the reform of political system and develop politics of socialist democracy.
