摘要
检查了来自鼠疫耶尔森氏菌 Y·pestis 的6MD 质粒转入假结核耶尔森氏菌 Y·(?)berculosis 后,对后者表达的耶氏菌属外膜蛋白(Yops)的影响。研究表明,6MD 质粒所编码的 pla 基因产物可以降解这些外膜蛋白,同时,也能降解假结核菌的 YadA 蛋白,使它转变为几种分子量略小的蛋 质亚单位或片断。本文还讨论了这种现象对鼠疫菌和假结核菌毒力的影响。
The 6-MD plasmid of Yersinia pestis was cloned into PBR328,and then was introduced into Yersinia pseudotu-berculosis by electroporation.With the transforments have been obtained,the influence of the 6-MD plasmid on the expression of YOPs of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis was investigated.The results showed that the pla gene products en-coded by the 6-MD plasmid could digest these outer membranes(YOPs)as well as YadA that expressed in parents ofYersinia pseudotuberculosis.On SDS-PAGE YadA was changed into several sub-units or fragments with smallermolerular weight.The effect of this phenomenon in the virulence of Yersinia pestis and Yersinia pseudotuberculosiswas discussed in this study.
