摘要
利用三维Navier-Stokes方程和RNG湍流模型,并在转动部件与静止部件间采用滑移网格技术建立交互界面,对高速泵内多级动静干扰引起的三维非定常湍流进行了计算,得到了旋转叶轮与固定导叶间的流体的紊流特征。
A number of finite difference methods are developed to predict the interaction within a coupled rotor-stator pair. However, these methods cannot currently be used efficiently in a design and development stage. An alternative approach by using three dimensions Navier-Stokes formula and RNG k-ε model after created interface between rotor and stator is developed to calculation the interaction in high speed pump. The results shows completely the characters of unsteady flow in high speed pump caused by rotor-stator interaction.
