摘要
应用多孔体可压缩型刚塑性有限元法建立了陶瓷烧结仿真的数学模型。在此模型中导入了收缩驱动力的概念,并自行开发编制了陶瓷产品烧结数值模拟程序。仿真结果与试验进行了比较,一致性较好。在应用实例中预测了形状复杂产品烧结后的外形和内部相对密度分布,分析了其变形原因。该项研究成果有助于陶瓷产品烧结体的质量控制、降低产品制造费用。
A simulation method of ceramics products in sintering is firstly proposed by using rigid-plastic finite element method of compressibility material. The concept of driving force of shrink is used in this model. Comparing the simulation result with experiment, a good identity of results has been reached. In applied instance of complicated shape of product after sintering, the cause of shape distortion is analyzed by using this simulation method. This research accomplishment will be a great help to improve the quality of ceramics sintering product, reduce the revising value of the shape after sintering, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the product.
