摘要
对奥拓轿车翼子板成形过程进行了数值模拟与参数优化。基于经验知识,采用相似学理论,确定了覆盖件结构要素,建立了事例检索库。通过事例检索,设定了工艺补充面形状、拉延筋排布位置以及冲压方向等工艺参数;通过数值模拟方法动态显示了板料成形过程的网格变形、应力及应变分布、厚度变化及其与FLD的比较;通过参数优化,确定了压边力大小与拉深筋的形状;设计加工出了试验模具,完成了奥拓轿车翼子板成形试验。试验结果表明:基于经验知识的覆盖件成形过程数值模拟与参数优化能够用于指导实际生产。研究工作缩短了生产周期,节省了原材料消耗。
Numerical simulation on forming process of Alto car fender is introduced to optimize parameters. Structure elements of cover panel and the index library of similar event are set up based on the experience knowledge and the similarity theory. The complementary surface is built through the method of index of similar event , the position of draw bead and stamping direction and others process parameters are made certain at the same time. The mesh deformations of forming process are dynamically showed and a lot of information including FLD, distributions of stress, strain and thickness are also related. Binder force and shape of draw bead are optimized; the die is made and the forming test of Alto car fender is completed by the simulation result. The experiment results show that the simulation and parameter optimization based on experience knowledge can be used to direct practical production and can be used to reduce production cycle and material consumption.
