摘要
采用图像处理技术进行含气量的测量 ,首先使用高清晰度的数码相机将液体含气量信息采集到图像中 ,然后通过图像处理将图像象素中包含的含气量信息再提取出来 ,其中包括确定阈值、“补洞”处理、象素统计、气泡标记等步骤 ,最终得出了液体中的含气量及气泡数目 ,并获得了气泡的平均尺寸。该方法可在气液两相流的研究中获得应用。
Image analysis method was applied to measure air concentration. Firstly, a high resolution digital camera was used to collect the air concentration information into image. Secondly, the air concentration information in image was analyzed through image processing technique including threshold analysis, image mend, air bubble marking and pixel statistic analysis. Finally, the air concentration, the air bubble number and the averaged size of air bubbles were obtained. This method can be used in research on air-liquid two-phase flow.
