摘要
为内循环好氧颗粒污泥床硝化反应器运行过程中氮素物料衡算提供依据 ,针对氮亏损进行了理论分析 ,并指出氨逃逸是导致氮亏损的原因 ,而反应器中的氨氮浓度C0 、温度t和pH值是影响氨逃逸的因素。基于双膜理论和热力学原理 ,构建了氨逃逸的动力学模型。通过试验测定模型参数KNH3=0 .6 92L/h ,采用模型计算的氮亏损量与反应器实际运行过程中实测的氮亏损量吻合良好 ,平均相对误差仅为 6 .6 1% ,表明所建模型能够较为准确地预测反应器运行过程中的氮亏损。进一步对影响氨逃逸的因素进行了参数灵敏度分析 ,结果表明 ,pH值对氨逃逸速率的影响程度最大。
Nitrogen loss phenomenon occurred during the operation of a nitrifying reactor for the treatment of nitrogen-contained wastewater was analyzed based on the material balance. It is shown that the nitrogen loss happens due to the ammonia escape. According to double-film theory and thermodynamic theory, a kinetic model for the ammonia escape was formulated, in which the ammonia concentration C0, temperature t, and pH value were chosen as variables, while the model parameter KNH3 was determined to be 0.6921 L/h by experiment. The model predictions for nitrogen loss are in good agreement with the experimental data, with average deviation of 6.61%. The sensitivity analysis shows that the effect of pH value is the most significant among the factors affecting the ammonia escape.
