摘要
(反 ) β 法尼烯是蚜虫的报警信息素 ,极具发展潜力 .利用 (反 ) β 法尼烯具有驱散蚜虫的特点 ,用于温室或大棚中可以防治蚜虫 :将 (反 ) β 法尼烯与常规杀虫剂混用 ,将驱使蚜虫主动接触杀虫剂 ,在动态中被灭杀 ,此法将降低杀虫剂的用量 ,有利于环境保护、有利于食物的安全、有利于对害虫天敌的保护 .国内已有使用蚜虫报警信息素方法的成果发表 .目前这一研究领域的最主要问题是获取廉价易得的 (反 ) β 法尼烯 。
E)-β-Farnesene is one of aphid alarm pheromones with potential worth for scientific research and practical application.Based on the property to drive aphid away,(E)-β-Farnesene could keep aphid out of greenhouse or agricultural sheds.If (E)-β-Farnesene is used with some general insecticides together,aphid could be killed directly and on itsown initiative,which is good for environment protection,foodstuff safety,natural enemy balance,etc.There are many publications in China and abroad on the progress in aphid alarm pheromones.The core of the problem at present is how to obtain it easily and cheaply,and the synthetic route should be selected on the principles of green chemistry.There is no ability so far for abatch production according to current preparation methods and technics.
