上海市郊区水利现代化综合评价方法

The Application of Main Component in Index System Construction for Country Water Conservation Modernization

目前我国农村水利建设十分落后 ,严重制约农村经济的发展 ,上海市在水利建设过程中也面临同样的问题 .本项目通过综合分析上海市市郊农村水利建设的发展现状和影响农村水利建设的各方面因素 ,根据全市目前的经济实力 ,结合主成分分析法提出上海市郊区水利现代化建设的指标体系 ,并借助SPSS软件对其进行分析 ,探求制约上海市郊区水利现代化建设进程的主要因素 。

At present the constructions of country water conservation modernization is very slow in our country,which holds back the development of country economy,at the moment the same questions are faced in the water constructions for Shanghai.In this paper the developmental actuality of Shanghai country water constructions and the factors influencing the constructions are analyzed,combining the economic development and the method of main component,the index system for country water conservation modernization in Shanghai is built,with the help of software SPSS,the main factors that affects the constructions are studied,all of these are the theory for Shanghai to implement the country water conservation modernization.
