摘要
阐述了当前世界发达国家和中国农产品深加工技术的现状,着重介绍了几种目前世界发达国家普遍采用的先进农产品深加工技术,对21世纪世界农产品深加工技术的发展趋势作了基本预测,并提出了相应的对策。
The current situation of agricultural products and side products deep processing technologies in developed countries and China was expounded, several advanced deep processing technologies for agricultural products and side products employed commonly in developed countries were emphatically introduced and the developing trend of deep processing technology for agricultural products and side products in 21st century was estimated. Finally, some countermeasures for developing those advanced deep processing technologies in China were put forward.
