摘要
针对柔性基础上马达振动的主动隔离问题 ,建立了机器 -基础动力耦合系统输出反馈控制的状态空间方程 .对系统的动力耦合特性进行了分析 .从功率流传递的观点对主动控制策略进行了评估 .数值计算表明 ,速度反馈可有效地降低耦合系统共振区域的振动能量传递 ;受增益系数选择范围的限制 ,位移反馈不利于低频扰动的隔离 ;
In many engineering practices,vibrating motors are us ua lly mounted on flexible foundations,such as ships and aerocrafts.In these cases, t he dynamic coupled effect exists between the motor and the flexible foundation.A nd the vibration energy transmitted from the motor to the foundation is an impor tant measurement for the structure-borne noise.In this paper,the rigid motor fl exible foundation dynamic coupled system is described in the mode space.The outp ut feedback active control strategy is estimated from the viewpoint of power flo w transmission.The numerical results show that,velocity feedback strategy can re duce the vibration energy transmission at natural frequencies of the coupled sys tem;the displacement feedback is not propitious to isolating low frequency distu rbance.The position of the sensors is important to the coupled system's stabilit y.
