赖氨酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液的制备及临床观察

Preparation and Clinical Observation of Lysinede and Levofloxacin Eye-drops

目的 :研制赖氨酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液 ,观察其质量状况及临床疗效。方法 :将赖氨酸、左氧氟沙星制成滴眼液 ,建立含量测定方法并观察其疗效安全性。结果 :该制剂在室温下 6mo内保持稳定。临床用于治疗眼部细菌性疾病 ,总有效率为95 .2 %。结论 :该滴眼液配方合理 ,易于制备 ,质量稳定 ,临床疗效较好 ,值得推广应用。

Objective: To prepare eye-drops of lysinede and levofloxacin, and examine its quality and therapeutic effects by topical applications. Method: The eye-drops of lysinede and levofloxacin was prepared, and its content determination methods was established. and its therapy effect and safety were evaluated.Result: The eye-drops was stable for 6 months in 15-25℃. The total effective rate of ocular bacteria-infected diseases was 95.2%.Conclusion: The eye-drops is stable in 15-25℃,and has a good clinical effect.
