杭州地区18家医院ACE抑制剂用药情况分析

Analysis of Drug-used of ACEI in 18 Hospitals in Hangzhou During 2000-2002

目的 :分析杭州地区血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)抑制剂的用药现状和趋势。方法 :调查杭州地区 18家医院 2 0 0 0～2 0 0 2年ACE抑制剂的用药数据 ,采用金额排序法进行分析。结果 :2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年杭州地区ACE抑制剂的用药金额 2 0 0 0 ,2 0 0 1,2 0 0 2年分别为 115 6 .2 4 ,10 5 7.90 ,10 74 .5 6万元 ,其中 2 0 0 1年较 2 0 0 0年下降 9.30 % ,2 0 0 2年较 2 0 0 1年增长 1.5 5 %。结论 :ACE抑制剂是一类很有发展潜力的药物。

Objective: To analyze the present situation and trend of drug-used of the ACEI.Method: The purchasing informations of ACEI in 18 hospitals of Hangzhou during 2000-2002 were investigated, the order method of sum of money was used for analysis.Result: The sum of money of the ACEI is 11562 thousand Yuan and 10579 thousand Yuan and 10746 thousand Yuan in 2000 and in 2001 and in 2002, respectively. The sum of money of the ACEI in 2001 falled 9.30% compared with 2000, that in 2002 rised 1.55% compared with 2001.Conclusion: The ACEI is a kind in which has developmental future.
