某院住院患者应用抗感染药物的动态调查分析

Analysis of Antibiotics Used for In patients in Shougang Hospital of Beijing University

目的 :了解该院间隔两年同期抗感染药物的使用情况 ,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法 :采用回顾性的调查方法 ,对该院 1999年 (7～ 12月 )及 2 0 0 2年 (7～ 12月 )抗感染药物的使用情况进行统计和分析。结果 :抗感染的使用涉及临床各个科室 ,其中头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类抗感染的使用居于前列 ,大环内酯类、硝基咪唑类抗感染药物的使用呈上升趋势 ,青霉素类、氨基苷类抗感染的使用呈下降趋势 ;各科室抗感染药物的联合使用比例已见缩小。结论 :该院抗感染药物的使用基本合理 ,正朝着使用方便的方向发展。

Objective: To analyze the using situation of antibiotics in in-patients of Shougang Hospital Beijing University, aiming to provide the foundation of reasonable drug-use. Method: The using situation of antibiotics during first 6 months in 1999 to first 6 months in 2002 in our hospital was analyzed by retrospective study.Result: The use of antibiotics in our hospital involved every clinical department of our hospital. In used antibiotics,cephalosporins,4-quinolones occupied the first place, the uses of macrolides,nidazoles tended to rise, the use of penicillins,aminoglycosides tended to decline. In each department, the ratio of combined application of antibiotics was declined.Conclusion: the use of antibiotics in our hospital is Basically reasonable, and is tending to convenient.
