摘要
分析了神光Ⅲ能源模块的电磁干扰源和干扰途径 ,建立干扰仿真模型并验证了仿真结果的可靠性。结果表明模块的强电磁干扰主要为近场电感性耦合。模块靠近监控柜的机架电位上升为 6V/m ,符合电磁兼容设计要求。
The paper analyze the interference source and the interference approaches of the violent electromagnetic interference(EMI) of the energy module of SG- Ⅲ, the EMI simulation model has been established, the simulation result is confirmed. The results indicate that the voltage's rising of the module measures up to the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design standard. After farther optimization, the simulation model can predict the EMC of the CAD module similar to SG- Ⅲ.
