摘要
为了提高虾蟹育苗设施的利用率 ,增加海水养殖种类 ,利用工厂化育苗设施 ,在总水体 94m3 的 4个育苗池 ,历时近 1 0 0 d,育出体长 1 .2~ 2 .3cm的虾蛄苗种 2 0 1万尾 ,平均出苗量 2 .1 5万尾 /m3 ,平均育成率 2 4 .85 %。在此基础上 ,探讨了虾蛄亲体培育、促熟、孵化和幼体培育的技术要点 ,确立了虾蛄工厂化育苗生产技术的工艺流程 ,为其全人工育苗提供了技术参考。结果表明 。
As an attempt to improve the utilizing rate of shrimps and crabs-breeding facilities, enrich the types of seawater aquaculture and utilize factory breeding facilities, four experiments are made on the seed rearing of Oratosquilla oratoria in four hatchery ponds. After the experiments, 2 01×106 offspring 1 2-2 3 cm long are reared in 94 0 m3 of water after 100 d. The average product is 2 15×104 P/m3 and the average rate of survival is 24 85%. The techniques of raising parents, eliminating parent maturation, incubating eggs and breeding larvae are discussed, and the factory breeding techniques of Oratosquilla oratoria are determined. Such a study can provide references for the completely artificial breeding of offspring. Results show that the present breeding facilities can satisfy the requirements of Oratosquilla oratoria breeding.
