摘要
一幢倾斜多年的 4层住宅楼 ,在不影响住户正常使用的条件下 ,利用人工水平钻土法在较短时间内被纠偏到正常。在分析了该建筑物的基础及结构特点的基础上 ,拟定了应力解除法的纠倾方案 ,并阐述了整个施工过程。该方法打破了传统的沿建筑物纵向正面取土的作法 ,合理利用了建筑物的平面特征 ,工期短 ,造价低 ,开挖面小 ,对周围环境无影响 ,能够对建筑物沉降实施人为的主动控制 。
A four-storey living building slant for ten years was made normal by the artificial horizontal soil-taking method without causing any inconvenience to the residents. The base and structure of the building were analyzed, the measures of deviation rectification are presented and the whole engineering process was clarified. Breaking through the traditional method of vertical soil-taking method along the building, the method made full use of the plane features, thus shortening the working period, lowering the cost, minimizing the drilling area and damage to the surroundings. Besides, it can help us to have satisfactory control over the settlement and prevent the occurrence of crevice caused by uneven settlement.
