摘要
就非房地产基建项目中的工程造价控制和管理问题进行探讨研究。按照相关的基本建设程序 ,从设计阶段、合同价款确定、现场施工管理、结算审核等方面 ,系统地对整个工程设计、实施和结算过程中的造价控制与管理的方法与原则 ,以及措施进行了阐述 ,旨在使物品、我们的工程造价管理由被动的控制转变为全过程的系统化科学管理 ,进而达到控制投资、节约造价 。
Discussion is made in this paper on the ways to strengthen the cost control and management of non-real-estate constructions. The whole process of a project a large, including its design period, the determination of contracted cost, on-the-spot management, account settlement, is explained to clarify the method and principles of cost control and management. It is held that cost control and management of non-real-estate constructions can change passive property and cost management into scientific and systematic management. In this case, the scale of investment can be brought into control, the construction cost can be minimized and the profit of investment can be maximized.
