摘要
简要介绍了Φ180无缝厂环型加热炉工艺 ,着重说明高速计数器在装料机上速度控制的应用方法。通过实际应用证明了该方案的实用性 ,并解决了装料机由于速度高停车时撞击前、后极限的现象 ,提高了生产效率 。
The process of ring heating furnace, especially the application methods of HSC for speed control on the pipe feeder are introduced. The feasibility of them is proved through the practical application, and the impacts on the front and rear limits by the feeder when it stops after high-speed running are eliminated, resulting a higher production efficiency and a longer equipment life.
